聘请外专外教需提供以下材料DOCS REQUIRED：

1. 工作资历证明（由以往聘用单位提供）中国雇主

REFERENCE LETTER FROM PREVIOUS EMPLOYER （including JOB, WORKING PERIOD, and EVALUATION. The Chinese one is necessary if worked in China）

2. 学历学位证书扫描件(领事认证)，内地高校学位证不需认证

DEGREE CERTIFICATE (authenticated in local Chinese embassy)

Degree from mainland universities doesn’t need to be authenticated

3. 无犯罪记录证明(领事认证，6个月内)

Certificate of No Criminal Record (provide by local police station or court, authenticated in local Chinese embassy and valid in 6 months. American one should be issued by state police station)

4.体检证明或健康证扫描件 （年龄60岁以下,且6个月内有效，需翻译）

HEALTH CERTIFICATE (Get the health form from local Chinese embassy and go to the Medical Institutes which they appointed. Under 60 and valid in 6 months)

You have to have medical check again in the first 5 days after you enter China.

5. 外专签字后的聘用合同扫描件（中英双语版）

CONTRACT of Employment SIGNED（Bilingual）

6.护照首页及最近一次入境章扫描件

PASSPORT (PHOTO PAGE, VISA PAGE AND LAST ENTRY STAMP)

7.电子护照照片（白底） 40KB-120KB

8. 专业资格证明材料

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE (NEEDED IF AVAILABLE)

9.中英简历 （两年以上教学工作经历，本科以上。教育类及语言类毕业生可不需要教育经历，但需中国使领馆认证文凭。TEFL及TESOL证可替代两年工作经验，也需中国使领馆认证）

Bilingual CV（At least 2-year teaching experience and bachelor degree. Education or linguistic degree doesn’t need teaching experience. But degree needs to be authenticated. With the authentication of TEFL or TESOL also can be hired without teaching experience）

FAMILY DOCS REQUIRED, IF THEY STAY IN CHINA WITH YOU：

10. 随行家属护照有效页扫描件

PASSPORT OF FAMILY MEMBER(S)

11.随行家属与申请人关系证明复印件或扫描件(须翻译并领事认证)结婚证，出生证明，领事馆认证

RELATIONSHIP CERTIFICATION FOR FAMILY MEMBER(S) (authenticated)

12. 儿女出生证明扫描件（领事认证）

BIRTH CERTIFICATION OF CHILDREN (authenticated)

13. 随行家属体检证明扫描件

HEALTH CERTIFICATE ORIGINAL OR COPY OF FAMILY MEMBER(S) (Get the health form

from local Chinese embassy and go to the Medical Institutes which they appointed. Under 60 and valid in 6 months)

If the medical report is not provide by the appointed Medical Institutes, you need to have medical check again in the first 5 days after you enter China.

14.名字更改证明（若改名）

Valid identification document is needed if you have changed your name (NEEDED IF AVAILABLE)

NOTES:

所有材料需提供原件彩色扫描，学位证及无犯罪记录证明必须获得当地中国使馆领事认证，所有非中文材料均需提供中文翻译，护照除外。以上所有材料原件须带来中国，用于核验。

All docs should be original scanned in color, not black and white ones. The AUTHENTICATIONS of

the DEGREE CERTIFICATE, NO CRIMINAL RECORD by the China Embassy are needed. All English docs

should be translated in Chinese, expect passports. All above original docs need to be brought to China for verification.
