外教来华工作所需材料

一、外教来华工作前需提前两个月向国际交流处提交以下个人材料：
I.Papersas follows shouldbe submitted to theInternationalExchangeDepartment byforeign
teachers two monthsbefore working in China.
1．个人简历（中文、英文各1份）；
Résumé (both Chinese and English version)
2．推荐信原件（请用本国语或英文写推荐信并翻译成中文，需标明推荐人工作单
位、职务、地址、电话，推荐信必须有推荐人亲笔签名，建议请你的大学老师、
公司领导写推荐信）；
OriginalRecommendationLetter (please have the letter written in your ownlanguage orEnglish and
translated into Chinese. The referee’s employer, position, address, telephone number and signature
should be given. It is suggested that your college teacher, company leader etc write the
recommendation letter;
3．学位、学历证书（复印件及中文翻译）；
Academic degrees and certificates (their photocopiesand Chinese versions);
4.经中国驻外使、领馆认可的外国卫生医疗机构或中国政府指定的卫生检疫部门出
具的健康证明复印件；
Aphotocopy ofHealthCertificate issued by foreign medical and health institutions attested by
Chinese embassy or consulate, or by health quarantine department designated byChinese
government.
5．大1寸、2寸免冠近期照片各8张；
Eight2-inch standard recent photographs.
6. 护照有效页复印件；
Aduplicate of detail pages ofpassport.
7. 经中国驻外使领馆认证的学位、学历证书、无犯罪记录证明；
Authenticated academic degrees and certificatesand police check by ChineseEmbassy or
Consulate.
8.已签字盖章的聘用合同；
The signed copy of employment contract.
二、外教来校报到两个工作日内需向国际交流处提交签证复印件1份
II.Foreign teachers should submit a duplicate of visa to theInternationalExchange officewithin
two businessdaysafter arrival at the University.
三、外教在提交上述材料复印件的同时，需验证原件
III. The original materials should be verified when foreign teachers submit duplicates of theabove-
mentioned materials.
四、家属随行需提交材料
IV.Materials needed to be submitted by accompanying family members.
1. 随行家属护照有效页复印件；
Aduplicate of details pages of accompanying family member’s passport.
2. 随行家属与受聘外教关系证明复印件；
Aduplicate of certificate for family relationship between foreign teachers andaccompanying
family members.
3. 随行家属体检证明复印件；
Aduplicate of medical certificate of accompanying family member.
4. 近期2寸相片5张。
Five2-inch standard recent photographs.
