Ⅱ.Requirements and Conditions要求

     1.Abide by the laws and regulations of China and rules and regulations of the university and respect local customs.

        遵守中国法律及学校的规章制度、尊重中国人民的风俗习惯。

      2.Be in good health and conduct. Have no criminal record or pending legal disputes.

        品行端正、身体健康、无犯罪记录、无法律纠纷。

      3.Applicants for language teaching should be native speakers with a master’s degree or above and at least 2 years of relevant teaching experiences. Working experience can be exempted for those who meet either requirements: those with a master's degree or above majoring in education, language or normal education, or those with a teaching qualification certificate from the host country or a  TEFL/TESOL certificate.

      从事语言教学的外教，原则上应从事其母语国母语教学，并取得研究生（硕士）及以上学历学位，且具有2年及以上教学工作经验，或取得教育类、语言类或师范类硕士及以上学位，或取得所在国教师资格证书或符合要求的国际语言TEFL/TESOL证书（须出具正式证明材料）。

        4.Age under 60.

       年龄60岁以下。

Ⅲ.Employment Period聘期

       One-year contract, which will be renewed based on both parties’ agreement.

       先签一年合同，后期合同根据双方协商而定。

Ⅳ.Remuneration Package薪资待遇

       1.Salary package: It includes monthly salary, rental allowance, seniority allowance, etc. The salary standard shall be determined in accordance with positions and the academic degree grades.

       薪资：外教的待遇包括每月月薪、租房补贴、校龄补贴等。工资标准具体按照职位和学历而分类确定。

       2.Paid Leave：Chinese national holidays, summer and winter holidays of the university

       带薪休假：法定节假日、学校寒暑假。

       3.Other

      We shall pay the fare arising directly for international and domestic traffic for foreign teachers’ initial teaching term in Wuzhou city.

      其他：首次来华交通费由我校负担。
